The First Foundation Model for Alzheimer's Prevention

Precision-prevention offers a transformative opportunity to reduce the growing
global burden of dementia.

Our Agentic AI engine discovers novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets. With the support of the World Wide-FINGERS network.

Intro

FINGERPRINT is an agentic artificial intelligence initiative advancing precision prevention and therapeutic discovery for Alzheimer’s disease.

The current Alzheimer's disease research field is held back by fragmented inputs, models cannot distinguish biological signals from noise, often detecting pathology only after irreversible damage has occurred.

Using quality-aware tokenization, we extract semantic signals from the gut-brain axis to identify novel biomarkers and mechanistic targets.

Our Technology

FINGERPRINT

We are building the first end-to-end computational pipeline that turns raw, noisy biological data into actionable therapeutic targets. From global data harmonization to foundation models, we are closing the loop on Alzheimer's disease prevention.

Our Team

We are a cross-disciplinary team spanning the MIT, the Picower Institute, the Broad Institute, and the Karolinska Institutet. Led by researchers from MIT and backed by the founders of the World Wide FINGERS network, we combine clinical and computational expertise to solve the greatest challenge of our time.

"Alzheimer's is the defining challenge of our generation"
- Adrián Noriega de la Colina, M.D., Ph.D.
"We are convinced: the next breakthrough won't be on a single modality."
- Arvid E. Gollwitzer

We are deploying the first multi-omic foundation model across the World Wide FINGERS Network.
