# FINGERPRINT Biosciences > FINGERPRINT is an agentic artificial intelligence initiative advancing precision prevention and therapeutic discovery for Alzheimer's disease. We are building the first foundation model for Alzheimer's prevention. ## About FINGERPRINT Biosciences (fingerprint.bio) is building the first end-to-end computational pipeline that turns raw, noisy biological data into actionable therapeutic targets. From global data harmonization to foundation models, we are closing the loop on Alzheimer's disease prevention. The current Alzheimer's disease research field is held back by fragmented inputs — models cannot distinguish biological signals from noise, often detecting pathology only after irreversible damage has occurred. Using quality-aware tokenization, FINGERPRINT extracts semantic signals from the gut-brain axis to identify novel biomarkers and mechanistic targets. Precision-prevention offers a transformative opportunity to reduce the growing global burden of dementia. Our Agentic AI engine discovers novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets, with the support of the World Wide-FINGERS network. We are deploying the first multi-omic foundation model across the World Wide FINGERS Network. ## Our Technology - **FINGERS-7B**: Foundation Model — A multi-omic foundation model for Alzheimer's prevention - **WW-FINGERS**: Global Network — Integration with the World Wide-FINGERS clinical trial network - **Thinking Microscope**: Agentic AI — An agentic AI system for biomarker and target discovery - **Precision Prevention**: Clinical Application — From detection to stratification to mechanism to intervention ### Precision Prevention Stages - Primary Prevention (~20–25 Years Before Symptoms) - Secondary Prevention (~5–10 Years Before Symptoms) - Tertiary Prevention (Symptomatic Disease) ## Supported By - Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) - FINGERS Brain Health Institute - Broad Institute - Novo Nordisk - Additional institutional partners ## Our Team We are a cross-disciplinary team spanning MIT, the Picower Institute, the Broad Institute, and the Karolinska Institutet.
